Kale's mom came to visit today (Thursday, December 12) and made some delicious fudge with the students (and left candy canes too!). This is their Christmas tradition.
Kale did a great job describing the process.
The ingredients used were chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, topped with crushed Candy Canes! Heated in the microwave, and then placed in the fridge for a few hours. Each student received their fudge to eat at home in their "sac en plastique".
