Students were very eager to come and help scoop the seeds out of the pumpkin. They also offered suggestions as to what to do with the seeds. Most of the students wanted to plant them or eat them. We will likely try some pumpkin seeds in class tomorrow!
The pumpkin baked in our oven for about an hour and is just about ready for our tarts tomorrow. Stay tuned for photos of the process and product!
